Durello igt Veneto Eva

This sparkling wine obtained from Durella grapes has a straw yellow color and a delicate aroma of citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, and white fruit, such as green apple and white peach. On the palate, a light acidity is perceived, with mineral notes that give the wine a particular flavor and freshness.

The vineyards are located in the Vestenanova area, in the Veronese part of the Lessini Mountains, on basalt soils of volcanic origin located 300 meters above sea level.

The harvest of the grapes takes place exclusively by hand in mid-October, after crushing by soft pressing, the must undergoes white vinification. Subsequently, the wine is coarsely filtered and bottled in April, following the lunar calendar, in order to naturally obtain a sparkling, dry wine after approximately two months.
