Sparkling wine with a straw yellow colour, with a delicate aroma of white fruit, such as peach, and exotic fruit such as grapefruit, citrus fruit, papaya, mango and lemon.
The flavor is slightly acidic, with mineral notes that give the wine a particular flavor and freshness. Fairly fine bubbles, numerous and persistent.
Obtained exclusively from 100% Durella grapes, excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and fish-based dishes.
