The Gnesotto Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is an entirely Italian product obtained from the cold pressing of olives grown in the territories bordering the Grappa massif.
Its intense aroma is excellent for dressing and enriching the taste of salads, first courses, bruschetta and much more.
We recommend using it raw to enhance delicate dishes such as cow's cheese, shellfish, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. It is also ideal for cooking stews and soups.
