In the Olimpia laboratory, the traditional recipe and method are scrupulously followed to produce barley candies with honey and propolis .

The "pierette d'orzo", with their typical square shape, perfectly preserve all the flavors and aromas of the artisan manufacturing process. This method is the only one capable of transforming sugar into sugared almonds with a characteristic yellow-amber colour. The flavor of toasted barley , from which our candies take their name, is natural and is given thanks to traditional cooking in copper pots over direct heat and at the optimal temperature.

No artificial flavors, colors or preservatives are used in the recipes. By choosing barley candies, you can indulge in a little natural sweetness that will help you better face your daily activities.
