The Cortese Bakery Pastry located on the plateau of the Seven Municipalities and run by the homonymous brothers, are synonymous with great quality, craftsmanship and authenticity . For over 50 years they have been churning out representative products of the territory with particular attention to the products used in the preparations, among them, there is the butter of the award-winning Pennar Dairy produced from milk coming exclusively from pastures higher than 700 slm of the plateau.
