Panettone with Sicilian Pistachio, Pineapple and Apricot - Les Fruits Vincente

"Panettone" may seem like a simple word, but Vincente has actually put a great deal of attention and effort into it. The preparation process of this dessert has been meticulously studied for several years, trying to understand and perfect all the phases of its production, from the dough to the leavening, from the decoration and filling to the cooking. The version we propose with Sicilian pistachio, pineapple and apricot is incredibly sublime.
