Pinot bianco Breganze doc Cà Biasi farm

The white Piont Breganze DOC , produced by the Ca' Biasi farm, is characterized by decisive but, at the same time, delicate notes.

The main characteristics of this wine are that of being characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense aroma. This is usually accompanied by a decidedly delicate, dry and velvety flavour. The alcohol content of the wine is 12.5% ​​vol and is accompanied by a fairly fresh acidity.

This allows it to be used in combination with crusted turbot and, alternatively, sole or other fish with a good fat content. Also excellent for making accompaniments for gnocchi and creamed peas and asparagus.
