Borella has ancient origins, dating back to 1935, when it was born as Pastificio Bassanese. Right from the start, the quality of the ingredients used in the production of the pasta allowed the company to gain vast popularity and market success. Thanks to the dedication and passion of the descendants of the founder, Borella became a prestigious brand of artisanal pasta. In 2004, the company was acquired by three Venetian entrepreneurs who have continued the tradition of excellence in terms of quality and flavour.
